grilled halibut, julienne vegetables, potatoes set in veal & herb jus
beef tenderloin, flambeed brandy peppercorn sauce. bacon green beans & bread dumplings
pistachio crusted chicken breast filled with boursin cheese. with spaetzle and red cabbage
Schweinshaxe. pork shank over sauerkraut with alpine gravy and fried onions
wiener schnitzel with bratkartoffeln and glazed carrots

trio engarde... lemon cheesecake with raspberry sauce, dark chocolate mousse with amaretto and strawberries . (white) black forest cake with cherry filling

Bar options for your event

open bar... the host pays for the alcohol

limited open bar...the host limits the amount of alcohol to house wine and beer

budgeted bar... the host decides how much they would like to
spend on the bar. and we can run a separate tab 

cash bar.... the guests pay for their own drinks
